Aims
- To introduce non-specialist students to the rudiments of Japanese language and culture.
Content
- One hour practical grammar and one hour conversation-based practical per week.
- Students are expected to learn the Japanese syllabaries (hiragana and katakana) and a limited number of Chinese characters.
