Aims

To provide an introduction to modern Chinese (Mandarin) language.

Content

Reading, writing, speaking and listening in modern standard Chinese.
The module will include an introduction to the basic grammar and practice in developing the skills required for communication in daily life.
Students will be expected to learn and use Chinese characters.
