Content

  • The field of organisation behaviour.
  • Individual behaviour in organisations, including perceptions, motivation, socialisation, emotions and misbehaviour.
  • Group and social process including communication, teams, conflict and decision-making.
  • Organisational processes, including power and politics, leadership, organisation design and managing change.

    • By the end of the module, students should be able to:
    • understand the research evidence on organisational behaviour;
    • evaluate the theories and concepts on organisation behaviour;
    • understand how organisation behaviour applies to working environments.

      • Through a combination of lectures, seminars and guided reading addressing key topics in employee relations and reward management.
