  • The study of 20th-century scores in the context of modern analytic theory.

Content

  • The study of six selected 20th-century scores drawn from the following subject areas:
  • early atonal;
  • serial;
  • neo-classicism;
  • objets sonores/electronic music;
  • music and drama;
  • neo-romaticism.
