Summative Assessment
Formative Assessment:
PPD Stream only: A learning portfolio will be kept by each student and will be used by tutors for formative assessment. Each practical session on clinical skills and communication skills will involve formative assessment. MiC Stream only: no formative assessment will be set outwith the cross-curricula (and therefore cross-modular) assessments in the Level 2 programme.
■ Attendance at all activities marked with this symbol will be monitored. Students who fail to attend these activities, or to complete the summative or formative assessment specified above, will be subject to the procedures defined in the University's General Regulation V, and may be required to leave the University
