  • The aim of the module is to enable participants to execute the set of actions necessary to achieve the goals of the change programme in a complex environment.

Learning Outcomes

Subject-specific Knowledge:
  • Be able to critically evaluate the strengths and success factors of a framework for the (agile/adaptive) lifecycle of a change programme.
  • Be able to explain the principles underpinning an approach to projects that address the challenges of innovation and significant business change.
  • Have a critical appreciation of key risks and success factors in the project lifecycle.
Subject-specific Skills:
  • Be able to apply key specialized practices related to the business activities at each stage of the lifecycle.
Key Skills:
  • Consistently apply an advanced level of knowledge and wider intellectual skills in this complex and specialized area of study.

Modes of Teaching, Learning and Assessment and how these contribute to the learning outcomes of the module

  • The learning outcomes will be addressed through a combination of lectures, case studies and seminars. The summative assessment by Assignment, is a Review and assessment of a current project together with an action plan for a current project. It is designed to test both students' conceptual knowledge and understanding, and their ability to apply what they have learned.
