      • Lectures and seminars, supported by guided reading, will be used to introduce and explore they key concepts and theories.
      • Established questionnaires will be used to help people identify personality type, learning style and team role. These will be used in conjunction with a series of short questionnaires especially designed to allow students to assess themselves against key management skills.
      • Group exercises will help them compare their own findings with that of other members of the group and design opportunities to practice areas identified for improvement.
      • A large, goal directed group exercise to allow the group to attempt a number of tasks using individual strengths and weakness and allocating time and resources between these tasks.
      • Assignment and tutor support will then help them adapt and apply to the specific needs of their own organisation.
      • A personal Statement will enable students to think about the reasons for starting this study and identify their own learning objectives.
      • The summative assignment will require the student to analyse themselves, the learning and communication styles and their time management and the impact this has on their own and their organisations performance. this assignment allows students to consider the practical application of the subject covered.
