Learning Outcomes
Subject-specific Knowledge:
- Gain specialist knowledge of modern digital imaging standards, methods and technologies.
Subject-specific Skills:
- Ability to individually analyse an imaging problem, synthesise and design a solution, implement and reflectively evaluate that solution.
Key Skills:
- Communication: visual and written via practical work,
- Application of numbers: has some mathematical content that is applied in the summative work.
- Improving own learning and performance: summative work is designed to encourage a deep learning response and hence motivate students to improve their own learning and performance.
- Problem solving: summative work exercises initiative and creativity as well as technical skills.
