- Strategy formulation and implementation at business and corporate levels
- Processes of developing strategic choices and analysing the external and internal environment

Modes of Teaching, Learning and Assessment and how these contribute to the learning outcomes of the module
- Learning outcomes are delivered through classroom-based workshops, combining taught input, groupwork, case studies and discussion, supported by online resources (directed reading, video content).
- Formative assessment involves individual and group case analyses of business problems relevant to the module outcomes.
- Summative assessment is an individual written report critically evaluating a new venture or strategic proposal for an existing business, demonstrating strategic analysis, integration across business disciplines, and awareness of current strategic debates.
